Penthouse 3 BR Beachfront with Ocean View -El Faro

This condominium has a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea on its rooftop, and has a capacity for 6 people. Its private terrace, sun loungers and dining room for 8 people, its ceilings are 9 feet high and its large windows capture the wonderful view from the balconies of its 3 luxurious guest rooms for 2 people each, all have their own bathroom with rainfall shower head, just like the main suite, this one also has a bidet, and access to the terrace. The kitchen is granite, is fully equipped and has a turntable.



Its beautiful infinity pool is complemented by a set of loungers and umbrellas for a good day of rest. In case you want to swim in the sea, this property offers direct access to the white sand. This condominium is located next to the iconic lighthouse of Playa del Carmen, on 10th Street and the beach, two blocks (one minute walking) from the pedestrian Fifth Avenue, with many options for eating and shopping.



- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a tourist area; so there may be noise, especially during holidays, as they are permitted by authorities during legal hours.

- If you rent a car, there is parking on-site for $15 USD per night (reservation required).

Beautiful Sunrises and close to everything

It was our annual girls trip and it was amazing! The pool is plenty big, the condo is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The concierge service was super helpful. I would definitely book this location again.

We really enjoyed staying here. Location was absolutely incredible. I would say that this place does need a little updating and repairs. Everything is looking a little worn and dated. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Great location

The place is nice - looks just as it did in the pictures. It was clean and everything worked. One thing I wished was they would provide more towels and another water jug. Each person gets 1 bath and 1 swimming towel - no washcloths. And one full water jug. We could have used more during our 4 night stay. The pool is also very nice and not busy but you do need to “put your towel down” at 8am or you will not get chairs. This a great location very close to everything with a pharmacy, convenient store, and beach bar/restaurant all right there.

The property is gorgeous. Huge beautiful pool and the ocean is magnificent. The PH was enormous, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed falling asleep to the crashing waves. The very best part is waking up to the sunrise over the Caribbean Ocean. The location could not be any better. So much to see and so many restaurants. 5star *sanitation protocol. We shall return. Right on the beach and a lovely space. 3rd bedroom is a bit dark but who wants to spend time in the bedroom anyway? All is as expected and we were wanting for nothing. Were just a few steps from all we needed!

Beautiful condo on the beach

This condo is beautiful and the owner made it super easy to access and stay in. There’s plenty of space with a beautiful ocean view! The pool was wonderful as well, with an ocean view. The place was never too crowded and was the perfect getaway spot. Amazing location in playa, with 5th Avenue right around the corner. Plenty of restaurants, stores (Starbucks too), and nightlife nearby. Relaxing and not too loud of an area nearby. Plenty of taxis around for transportation and the collectivo location is within walking distance. The only downfall is that the beach had a heavy seaweed issue when we went (early June) so we didn’t swim in it much. We traveled to other places for the beach. But overall it’s an amazing place to stay and I would definitely come back& stay here again!
