Welcome to the Sirenita Condo in the Syrena Complex, with 24-hour security on site, located in the central area of Playa Del Carmen. This condominium is called Sirenita, a luxurious 1-bedroom suite with a living room for your extended stay.



Your suite has a bedroom with a double bed and comforter, TV with cable channels and closet space. A full bathroom includes toiletries, towels and hair dryer, shower with rain shower head. The living room has a sofa and TV with cable channels. Your kitchen area has a refrigerator and freezer, and a small stove for cooking with pots, pans and kitchen utensils included. Pool towels are also provided during your stay.



Syrena not only has one of the best available quantities in Playa del Carmen, but it is also one of the apartment complexes with the most amenities in the area: reception, rooftop pool, ground floor lounge, rooftop pool, terrace, gym, play area, bar & grill, elevator, underground parking, laundry room.



This suite is located in a privileged location a short distance from everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Close to the beach and several beach clubs, four blocks from the famous 5th Avenue, two blocks from Walmart and a perfect location to quickly access all kinds of restaurants and bars that you may look for during your stay.



Playa del Carmen is just 45 minutes from Cancún airport, an hour from Tulum and close to the Xplor theme park and the ecological theme park Xcaret, which are some of the most popular attractions in the area.
