You are in Playa del Carmen, the heart of Riviera Maya, the condo is located in one of the newest luxury developments in the city, one block from the 5th avenue, where you will enjoy walking all the way through top quality shops and artisan galleries, the best local and international restaurants, some live-music bar and chick cafes. Also the beach is a short 10 min walk from this apartment, and you will reach Playa Mamitas, one of the most popular and active beaches downtown.

PARKING
There is free parking in the building and street parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Playa del Carmen to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply
