Located between the beach and the 5a Avenida, Magia is one of the most popular condominium in Playa del Carmen because of its location. It's close to the nightlife but due to the distribution and windows, you won't hear the loudness. There are two swimming pools and exterior beds to relax.

Excellent communication with the owners. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Condo was clean and spacious. Loved the 2 pools and less then a 5 minute walk to the beach and the famous Ave. 5 , Larry K.
