It is located 7 minutes from 5th avenue and only 9 minutes from the beach and you will find supermarkets one block from the accommodation.

The Botero studio is located in La Casona Playa del Carmen on the ground floor and is equipped as follows:
- Spacious studio with a beautiful view of the exterior of the accommodation.
- Kitchen equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven
- TV with Roku in the living room
