With a privileged view of the sea, two blocks from the beach and next to the famous 5th Avenue, with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Super spacious design and well decorated Penthouse that will make you feel at home. High ceilings and full-size windows offer great views, natural lighting, and ventilation. The two-story rooftop has an infinity pool, large living room, and the tallest hot tub on the beach.

Inside the Department, we invite you to enjoy our high-speed Internet and smart TVs with access to Netfix, Amazon Prime and much more, when you are tired of hanging out in the sun. The dining room and living room are perfect places to enjoy each other's company. Each room with its own private bathroom makes the stay very comfortable. We have yoga mats, beach towels, and beach toys for fun for all ages.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay: spices, pots and pans, dishes, and more.

- Reservations of 20 days or more, the cost for electricity service is charged to the guest, this is done with the reading of the electric meter upon arrival.
- Reservations of 1 month or more, 2 cleanings per month are mandatory, the cost is charged to the guest.(450 - 650 pesos each ,depending on the size of your apartment )
- The hosts only provide bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper and garbage bags for the guest's arrival.
After check in any of these materials will be assumed by the guest.
