This condominium has 3 balconies: the main one is right next to the living room and the other two are in the bedrooms.



Your master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, shower, and closet; additionally, your guest room offers a double bed and private bathroom.



The Quadra Alea complex is conveniently located on 26th Street between 10th and 20th Avenue, just 4 blocks from the white sands and turquoise waters of the Caribbean, just one block from the bohemian Fifth Avenue with thousands of shopping and dining options. Your rent includes access to the complex gym, its 2 pools, the elevator, 24-hour security and its private terrace with views of the lush gardens and the pool.
