Indoor facilities
Villa Aglaea is set on one floor, covering 157 sq.m. in total and it accommodates 6 guests in its 3 ensuite bedrooms. Sleek, monochrome and practical, combining the wooden element with the earthy stone, Villa Aglaea invokes a sense of calm, something that makes staying here feel like a proper treat! Entering through its airy open-plan living space, you will be amazed by how the contemporary and fresh interior balances neutral tones, and hues of beige with textures creating the perfect spot for you and your loved ones. The lounge area wraps around the fireplace and the 55" Smart Satellite TV includes a sofa seating large enough for the entire family or friends. Unfolding across one floor, the large windows create a bright, airy living space waiting for you while in the meantime, a few steps further a fully equipped kitchen is found. The same area consists of three bedrooms, spread all over the left side of the villa, with en-suite bathrooms all with showers, adequate for you and your loved ones after a long day in the sun. Not far from this area, there is an extra communal WC, which is suitable for every guest here. Two yoga mattresses will be found for yoga lovers!

Outdoor facilities
True bliss awaits you on a 1.087 sqm private plot, where every detail has been thoughtfully arranged to create a flawless holiday setting. A 40 sqm saltwater swimming pool invites you and your children to soak up the Cretan sun, whether relaxing on the comfortable loungers or unwinding on the sumptuous outdoor sofas. It is a truly fuss-free retreat where every moment feels effortless. Under the pergola in the BBQ area, preparing a delicious meal can be just as enjoyable as savoring it, while the generous shade creates a pleasant and protected space where guests can feel comfortable throughout the day.

The private terrace offers the perfect setting to host your own soirees in complete privacy, ideal for special gatherings with friends and family. The breathtaking views across the area of Xirokambi complete the idyllic scenery and beautifully capture the essence of Cretan living. For your convenience, there is also private parking space for up to three cars.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night from April to October and 4EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
