Upstairs: 1 mezzanine living room, with large screen TV, wifi, library, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 140 X 190 cm + 1 attic bedroom, with 1 bed of 140 X 190 cm, ideal for a child. Large terrace at the back (access from the kitchen), with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs. Private parking + 1 shelter for one car. Swing.
