Located between Don Pedro State Park entrance and Boca Grande causeway, with easy access to beaches in Englewood, Boca, Venice. Quick drive to boat ramps to open Gulf water with no bridges.

Monthly minimum stay, pro-rated per Florida seasons.

Great stay

Lots of golf all close by-great bike trail near/pool and work out room were great/condo it self was very nice/we thought stairs would be an issue but just used elevator all the time

This was our second stay with Ryan. He did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and he is a very responsive host. His home is clean, updated and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We look forward to going back again!!
