Hostess welcoming, house was spacious. Had a lot of issues with WiFi, which was sorted out later half. Neighbors were the nicest, had a huge issue with the other house tenants but they took it out on us (literally threw trash, then apologized later). Bare bones furniture 5/10 comfort. Never paid this much for a house to have a 5/10 comfort level
