The only thing about service the second day we were here was the concierge was charging us for parking when I already had them take parking off my credit card! It should have been on the computer. Rooms are beautiful the first day and on the 26th we had a great concierge! Sorry can’t remember his name! Black guy smart and knowledgeable friendly!!

This stay was disgusting put me in a room no floor to ceiling windows it was a dugeon in there at 1pm afternoon it looked like it was dark outside. Windows also were so dirty you couldn't see out them. Thermostat in room didn't work so there answer was turn it off and on if your hot or cold. Which requires getting up all night long to turn off and on. Then finally morning came so i could go home and there was no hot water at all to shower. Management wouldn't even take my calls and had to email her with little sympathy or understanding. Very poor Management or concern for returning customers.

The amenities and location were amazing. Walking distance to the stadiums and downtown restaurants and holiday festivities! Friendly and helpful staff and the best hotel gym I’ve seen in a while. It’s not a hotel gym, but an actual gym! The room itself could have been a bit cleaner, but it was alright.
