Simplemente no dan seguimiento a las reservas de la app. Dicen que no saben al respecto y no me dieron el alojamiento, ya que estaban llenos y no hicieron nada por resolver mi noche en algún lugar. Solo comentaron que no están con la página en funcionamiento.
