Dear customer, first of all in our Expedia card it says we have no reception and to notify you of your arrival at least 24 hours in advance. Although you didn't, I tried to contact you about the phone number you left in the booking but I didn't get an answer. As soon as you called me with a different number than that, I answered you and waited no more than 20 minutes before my arrival. I also tried to call you back to get you the keys but you didn't answer me. At breakfast time it was true you were alone, but on the card it says that it is self service. At the time of check out, my wife was there to help you carry your luggage to the ground floor, she explained to you where the train station was, even though I explained it to you at check in and gave you the map of the city, which you have not even taken, and indicating the bus stop. It would be sufficient to COMMUNICATE in order not to run into these inconveniences also because we had left the b & b just a few minutes before and believe me it is not convenient and even pleasant to retrace fifteen kilometers to return to the structure.
