The room was clean and beds comfortable. Pet friendly and the fees were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say was not good was the pool area. The pool was too cold and the hot tub too hot.

Looks like a converted nursing home. Furniture is old and odd. Seems geared to extended stays. No night stands. No clothes hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. The "bars" of soap were toy-like. I did not know they made them this tiny! There was no bath mat for when one gets out of the shower. Our rooms was a handicapped room. The bath curtain was not designed for a walk in tub so the floor got wet every time. Staff was o.k.

The Jacuzzi in the room was very nice. A little dicey walking from jacuzzi to shower, slippery when wet. Nice kitchenette area, beautiful linens, refrig, and great price, also! Thanks! We'll be back!

Great stay, full coffee pot and pet friendly

Very comfortable and economical stay, no noise, great bed and full coffee pot with ceramic mugs, a nice touch of home! No breakfast but for the price we just were appreciative of plenty of coffee in the morning. They do have a room that is their little general store, buy items put money in the box on honor system, so refreshing to be trusted like it used to be! Very helpful check in, and after checkout she checked my room right away and found my cell phone on the bed, came right down and met me before I had left, very efficient! Good recommendations on food in the area and the coming weather too. Personalized!!And very accomodating with our little dog as well.

Oh my goodness we LOVE this unique little hotel, we stayed in the large family style suite. It’s basically a LARGE 2 bathroom apartment. Huge kitchen that you can cook in, all full size appliances. Ridiculously wide bed. The room is directly across from a little pantry shop that sold everything from soda and chips to swim goggles and candles. A few practical microwave meals. And they charge LOW prices, NOT inflated hotel rices for convenience items. Many items were $1 -$3. The lady that checked us in was very sweet. The only thing would could ask for is a casserole dish and baking sheets. When we travel we COOK. And could have used those items. The hotel is on the Main Street that runs through pinetop, so there is road traffic noise. Didn’t bother us in the least. You can actually open the windows for fresh air, unlike a lot of hotels. All of the lighting had dimmers! So we could enjoy low warm light all evening. We’re planning when we can come back next! SO happily surprised at this little gem. A comfy 10!!!!
