Staff could be better and cleaning could be better. I left our unit cleaner than what they gave it to us, but it wasn't horrible just no attention to detail. Staff can be clueless and not the most helpful. The "general manager" who wears athletic leggings is absolutely worthless. She completely ignored us when trying to checkout and went to help people who were clearly BEHIND us, this is after we were already waiting for awhile. Also, staff gives you zero information about amentities. Lastly, resorts that have late checkin(4pm) and early checkout (10am) is the worst. At least have common decency to do either a 3pm or 11am.

The apartment was spacious, clean, chock full of amenities, and so peaceful and serene. Everything was five star and, if possible, even higher. I will be returning as soon as possible,
