Disliked: Cleanliness
The unit was not ready for us to stay due to black dust coming out of the vents, 3rd bedroom was completely full of junk and unusable, and the unit had a cockroach infestation. The owner wanted us to accept the space with the cockroaches because they are typical in North Carolina! He tried to barter with us to loan us a gift cart to accept these horrendous conditions. We had to escalate to VRBO who ultimately gave us a full refund after we showed all the disgusting pictures. We had to find a new place to stay at 10pm when all units were sold out and it was a major PITA. It was the worst rental unit we have ever entered and would not recommend.
