Pinehurst Condo - Renovated 2022. 1BR/1BA condo centrally located in the heart of Pinehurst. Pet friendly with non-refundable pet fee. All new furnishings. Condo in desired community of Pinehurst Manor! Less than a ten minute drive to Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Country Club. Home includes automatic drip coffee pot, patio furniture, Carolina room with desk, King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.

Everything was perfect in the apt. The photos looked exactly like the home. The apt was spacious and very clean. The porch in front was a nice touch as well for the nice few 70 degree days we had in December. We met a few neighbors who were absolutely lovely and enjoyed our time here. Tons of shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay right after Christmas. We will be renting again as it was very close to family in the area.

The property was pet friendly and very clean. On the bottom level, but only heard footsteps a few times in the unit above. TV worked well, shower was powerful, and bed was comfortable. Requires some awkward steps to get to the front door, but parking above was spacious. Very easy location to get to Pinehurst and Southern Pines.

The property was lovely. Conveniently located for our needs. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the property and we did not cook or eat there, I did notice the kitchen supplies are very limited. I only found 3 dinner plates in the cabinet but there were several coffee cups and glasses. It didn't seem very "balanced" and certainly not enough if our son and daughter-in-law wanted to eat with us at the condo.

Comfortable condo

The condo was clean and well supplied. The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. It was so hard that my ribs felt bruised the next day. I had to buy a mattress topper to get through the stay. Aside from that, overall the experience was very good.

The property was good size for just the two of us. It was clean, however the lighting was terrible, several light bulbs wereout. There was no hairdryer which should be a standard in any unit. whdifficult to read.

We had a pleasant stay. Great location to Pinehurst. We would’ve liked to see a little more stocking of everyday items. Very minimal plates, mugs, kitchen towels, etc. We had 3 in our party, would stay again for the location.

We were so lucky to find this property to rent for the US Open at Pinehurst. It is a spacious one bedroom and nicely furnished. Comfortable king bed, w/d in unit and lots of privacy. There were plenty of linens, towels and supplies provided for our week's stay. We highly recommend!

Needs improvement

On line images showed a dinning table for 4 chairs. We only found 2 with a broken one in a closet. The shower does not have a closure so floor gets totally wet which likely why the floor to the foyer leading into the bathroom is all warped and difficult to maneuver. No hair dryer. Poor drainage during rain when stepping out of the condo you need to get around a 6 inch puddle. Bottom like the place needs some work and can be easily made into a 4 star.
