Sleeps a total of (8) with (1) King Bedroom, (1) Full Bath, and Sleeper Sofa Downstairs, (1) Master King Bedroom, (1) Full Bath with Fireplace, and Jacuzzi Tub, and Futon Upstairs. There is a Hot Tub, and (3) Rocking chairs located on the Main deck, and Pool Table in the loft.

Very nice cabin with beautiful views! I was happy to find a cabin with two king bedrooms, We were traveling with friends and it was nice to each have a king bed. Be sure and bring whatever food items you need, it's a little far out. We forgot to bring coffee, but fortunately someone had left a can from their visit and we were saved! We would most certainly stay here again. Our one regret was that we didn't another day to just stay and relax in this wonderful place!

We have stayed at the Highlander twice now and I would highly recommend it! Amazing views, clean cabin with excellent furnishing, new patio furniture and very comfortable beds. The owner was also very accommodating when I had to change our dates.

Our stay at the Highlander was wonderful. The view from the cabin is awesome. The cabin was lovely and provided everything we needed. Valerie quickly responded to us when we contacted her. We were easily able to extend our stay another day. We hope to go back sometime.

Perfect family stay with a stunning view!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay! This cabin had everything we needed for our family of 5. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots/pans we needed in addition to seasoning and cooking oils. The cabin itself is gorgeous and squeaky clean. To our surprise, it was decorated with beautiful Christmas decorations which really topped off the magical vibe. It's easy to tell this place is well cared for and loved by the owner. The view from the back porch is amazing! We were lucky enough to see snowfall while we were there. The kids were thrilled to watch snow flow over the mountain tops all the way to our back porch. Such a unique experience to say the least. We especially loved how easy it was to enjoy the fire place by simply turning on a timer. We would love to stay here again for our next trip to Gatlinburg!

Cabin was nicely decorated and fully stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Driveway was a little steep but managable. We had a great time and even got to see some snow!

Gorgeous Views

The Highlander is a very nice cabin in our favorite Sherwood Forrest Resort. Having stayed in over 14 cabins in the Smokies, this is a good value for a vacation rental. Squeaky clean, well stocked with everything you need, comfy beds, and a short commute to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Yes, you need to put your parking break on for the steep driveway but it’s worth it. This is a cabin we would return to.
