Beds were comfortable, AC worked great in the room which was nice because it was hot. The included breakfast was minimal and did not offer variety if you are non dairy, vegetarian or vegan. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner. It was slightly noisy late in the night. Cleaning staff were eager to help. For the price, not terrible but wouldn’t stay again.

4/10 overall. The breakfast was subpar. Watery/powdered eggs, crunchy biscuits that maybe if drowned with enough gravy they would soften up. The entire 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. If you’re into that, cool, but having a 3yo asking why is smelled so bad was not ideal. Not nearly enough on-site parking available. About half of the spaces are taken up by poles supporting the building so unless you are in a smart car style coup, they are useless. Staff couldn’t locate any towels or washcloths. Had to go to the dollar general next door to buy washcloths. Place appears to be updated, but whoever did the renovation, did not do a very good job. The sprinkler system in the rooms holes were so legs that previous guest had shoved toilet paper around the escutcheons. The one in the bathroom is directly in-line with the shower curtain so you risk setting it off every time you open/close the curtain. Definitely felt more like $120/night hotel vice the $278/night we paid.
Stayed on the 4th floor. It was basic, nothing fancy and fine for one night. The main complaint was that the whole floor REEKED of marijuana.
Low rates. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Better than continental breakfast. Negatives: Walls are thin. With the lower rates draws some less desirable neighbors. Could hear the man in the room next to me yelling at his wife about spending all his money on the room. That he was broke. They also had a child in the room with them. Sad situation.
Nice room but same breakfast every day.
They need more baggage carts.
Convenient location. Room was clean and quiet. Good breakfast.
The problem was there was a musty smell in the hallways and rooms quite unpleasant
Bathroom was bad
The property, is surrounded by restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Good price for the area. I just would have liked, if the front desk staff were welcoming. When I checked in, I was not greeted. When I left, I was not thanked for my stay.
Location was excellent. The building was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, and the room fireplace was fun - could be used for ambiance without the heat. Breakfast items were well stocked and area for eating was great - tables were well spaced and it was welcoming. They had a bottle filler on the first floor, which was awesome!! It was very noisy in our 4th floor room from what seemed to be a nightly party in the parking lot that lasted till midnight all 4 nights we were there. Appeared to be hotel guests who were perhaps hooking up in 2 open bed trucks - smoking, loud talking, music. Since we were inundated with their party noise nightly, I'm sure the front desk employees could hear it, and it would have been appreciated if they had done something, but they didn't. There was no guide on the TV, so we asked at the front desk and were told that new guides hadn't been printed yet, as they were still transitioning from taking over the building from the Quality Inn and the guides had the QI name, so the front desk person let my husband take a picture of the guide with his phone (covering the QI name).
