The property is nice. The staff is pleasant and attentive to guests’ needs. The suites are in need of renovation; i.e., carpets are worn and bathrooms are outdated. The location of the washer/dryer is inconvenient. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nice large rooms. Good housekeeping. Obviously built as condos in the 80’s. Great mountain views. Two issues: 1. The registration office had no signage, so hard to find. 2. One of the rooms had a very strong cigarette smoke odor. However, the staff was alerted and placed 2 ozone cleaners in the room while we were at dinner. Problem solved!

There was a small gap under the door to the unit which was allowing stink bugs to enter into it. Both bathrooms the shower head need to be updated they were partly clogged and not spraying right.

Very dated and smelled musty like smoke. Was woke up throughout the night with water dropping from the ceiling in the master bedroom. This honestly was a terrible place for our family get away. I would not stay here again.

The property needs a little bit care but overall it is a great place if you have kids and need multiple rooms. Our room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed being able to cook our own food because we have a family member with food allergies. The only thing I can say is that you need to bring a big frying pan if you plan on cooking a lot.

We had a very nice suite with a semi nice view of the mountains. Part of our view was blocked off by the suite next door. The one thing that we did not like is that the folks in the suite next to us were smokers so we could leave our door screen open. We missed some of the wonderful fresh air.

Great setting and location - right around the corner from all of Pigeon Forge's attractions. Staff was great. We had to call maintenance due to a leak in the kitchen, and they were responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
