Great spot to stay!

This place was great to stay at! Great location close to the strip, but far enough away to stay out of the traffic. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Has carts for bringing all your belongings to your room. Will be back next time!

The property was clean and a great location for relevant area attractions, but the location is noisy and right on a busy street. I recommend the location for families, but I encourage you to bring your ear plugs to sleep peacefully at night.

Great condo

The property was just as listed. If you like to be close to town instead of up in the mountains this is the perfect place. Plenty of room and it was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Room 207

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good experience. Environment was quiet and family oriented. There were 2 issues that need your attention to increase the experience of future guests. The first was the Jacuzzi, which did not work and this was reported to the office. The second issue was that the den furniture has seen its' best days. It was uncomfortable and sagging toward the floor upon sitting due to use. We are older and this caused difficulty when standing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful vacation place. Very clean and trust me, I have OCD, so if I say it's clean, it's clean! The pool wasn't crowded at all, and the location is awesome! Close to everything but not right in the middle of all the chaos.

Beauty in the Smokey's

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo in a great location. It is very close to the grocery store. A very short drive to the Island and other activities. Around the corner we discovered a hidden gem of stores in the Mill restaurant area. Our mom has mobility issue, and the wide corridors and roomiest inside the condo made moving around a lot easier. Not to mention the spectacular and majestic view of Mt. Le Conte. We even spotted a eagle soaring gracefully past the parking lot. I also like the receiving the emails with the check in/out instructions. I would recommend everyone I know to stay here. But not to offer as I would like to return again and do not want them to it book up from me. :)
