Mooseberry is conveniently located to attractions & restaurants! We enjoyed our stay! Great layout! Fireworks were awesome and viewed directly from the Mooseberry decks!

Wonderful Vacation

Me and my family had such a great time we plan on coming back next year. Only wanting to get a bigger cabin. The only down side to the location was a steep hill for our driveway. Other than that I had no problems.. definitely recommend. See you next year.

Family spring break trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mooseberry! It is a beautiful cabin that is right in the heart of all the action! Definitely would stay at Mooseberry again. Highly recommend!

We do not like VRBO

We will NOT be using VRBO again. Mooseberry was a last minute choice because our reservation to another cabin was cancelled. This has happened 2 other times. We do not like reservations being cancelled on us. If we decided to just not show we would need to pay a penalty.

A few days in the Smokies

This was a GREAT cabin! Fully equipped, a beautiful location, and very clean. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this to anyone! We can’t wait to come back!!!!

Great location

This cabin is conveniently located extremely close to the strip. Cabin is a great size and perfect if you want to spend the day there. Only thing i would mention is the driveway is EXTREMELY steep so if you have a low car you definitely need to maneuver correctly to not scratch your front end. Overall it’s a very nice cabin with all the accessories you need.

We enjoyed the cabin very much! Absolutely beautiful. Just a few things, the hill is very steep and very hard to get turned around. Upon our arrival there was chips on the carpet in the basement, crumbs on the side coffee table, and the coffee maker was very sticky. And the basement was freezing. We had the thermostat in the basement set at 94° and still had to wear pants socks and hoodies to bed and 2 extra blankets on the bed to not be shivering. But with those few things said we loved it! Those were very minor.

Great stay, will stay again.

The only drawback was the steep driveway and the construction next door that used the same driveway. Hard to get up because of loose gravel fro the construction next door. Otherwise, all was great.

Nice and comfy

Upon our arrival about 530ish we discovered that there was NO internet and cable services. Contacted the property manager who was so nice in getting maintenance out first thing the next morning. Maintenance was so nice and made attempts to get the services back on but the technician’s first available was after we would check out. We understood that this was beyond there control and if the visitors don’t say anything they won’t know tgat it needs to be fixed. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our rooms and the views, watched the DVDs that were provided and shot pool during our downtime there. The driveway was covered in mud and rocks due to construction next door so after it rained we had a difficult time getting up after site-seeing and going out. They were going to pave it the following week but we would have checked out by then. There were crumbs in a couple of chairs in the dining area and the refrigerator needed some cleaning. In the main suite, the hand towels and bath towels were dingy so I’m glad I brought my own to use. The fireplaces were nice since it was chilly during a couple of nights. The location is AWESOME! Not too far up in the mountains on winding roads and less than 5 minutes from the Parkway. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE the location. You can hear others above you walking but that’s when we’re getting settled for bed. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE to sleep in. I would love to stay there again once the driveway is paved.

Scrapbooking/Girl Trip

Four ladies stayed here for our annual scrapbooking/girl trip. The three king suites were massive with jetted tubs in each bathroom. The cabin is huge with an additional living area downstairs. We loved it and will definitely be back. It would be great for multiple couples or a big family.

Nice, but lot of cons.

HVAC did not work. Maintenance couldn’t fix it. Construction next door starts at 9 am, oh and they use your driveway! Pallets of lumber hanging over steep driveway and hard to get into and out cause of it. Workers don’t speak English and didn’t really want to move their vehicles out of shared driveway so you could leave. Cabin was spacious and nice, could use a deep mopping. Floors make your feet black. Lower level was always 75° or warmer.

Lovely House

House is beautiful. Perfect location to Pigeon Forge. There is construction happening next door, so the steep driveway is chewed up and there is a portapotty and open dumpster that sadly ruins the ambiance of the property. Not sure why, but there were soda and beer cans in random locations… under the sinks, rolled under tables. I do appreciate that electrical repairs had been done before our arrival, but old wires and electrical equipment was left in various rooms.

Great time

This was an excellent cottage. It was clean and offered plenty of space for 3 kids and 4 adults. It was comfortable and we had room for everyone to gather for meals and TV. Kitchen was well stocked. It was an excellent location for the Parkway activities and entering the National Park. There was a minor maintenance issue and it received immediate attention. The property offered nice views. The driveway up is steep and there is construction on the house next door- making it slick with mud. You could see the pool from the balcony which was nice. However, steep hills throughout the community make waking difficult. Despite those minor things this was an outstanding property and we would definitely recommend it and stay again.
