    The location, which is minutes from Dollywood, challenging mountain golf courses, Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge, makes this a perfect vacation getaway.

    Features include a living room fireplace, big screen TV, cable, wireless high speed internet, pool table and a modern fully equipped kitchen & dining area. Washer/dryer are also included.

    This cabin has a brilliant view of Mt. Le Conte. You will enjoy this view from a lovely deck with hot tub, rocking chairs and gas grill.

    Don’t stay here if you have allergies. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. They haven’t cleaned under the bed in years according to the trash and dust. The backs of the doors have about an inch of dust on them. I don’t know that I would stay here again.

    I took my daughter and her best friend to PF for her 16th birthday. This cabin was even nicer than the pictures. Beautiful views. VERY clean. Great location away from the craziness but still close. The girls loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. The pool table was fun. 10/10 recommend 😊

    Let down that the unit was very worn. Rug raveling, tables in poor condition. Outside grill did not work. Upstairs fireplace did not work. No extra toilet paper. View was good.

    The place has beautiful views and we were thinking it would be noisy with all the neighbors but it wasn’t. The kitchen could be better equipped. There was no can opener or wine bottle opener. The couch is a little uncomfortable but doable. We enjoyed our brief stay.

    No "Extraordinary Views"
    First, completely bypass the property managers. They are useless and unresponsive. Go directly to the VRBO Help Desk to speak directly to Mr. Ensinger. Tenants place faith in the integrity of the property's advertising. "Cut Above" is grossly misrepresented. Previous reviews are accurate. The advertised views and photos are not the reality, although Mr. E did have trees butchered to improve our view. Still, there is not an unobstructed view of Mt. Le Conté. For my family, we select cabins with a solitude of mountain views.
