Location: Above Pietrasanta near Vallecchia is the new holiday house. A beautiful panoramic location offers ideal conditions for a wonderful holiday. From there you have a view to the sea. Guests have at their disposal the entire garden (350 m²) and a barbecue. 2 parking spaces available. Alarm system.

Equipment: The living space is 110 m². The decor is attractive and offers comfort for a relaxing holiday. The house has air conditioning, washing machine and WiFi. From the garden you have access to the kitchen and living room.
On the first floor there are: a double bedroom, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace, then a single room with access to the terrace with sea view, bathroom with shower. There is also another bedroom with a TV and a bathroom with a shower.

Ferien in Pietrasanta

Das Haus ansich ist gut und auch ausreichend geräumig. Den Meerblick mussten wir suchen und haben ihn bis zum Schluss nicht gefunden. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse und ist daher eher lauter gelegen. Die 5 Minuten bis zum Strand kann man nur mit Helikopter einhalten. Ansonsten mit dem Auto eher 15 Minuten und zu Fuss unangenehm weit.Die Sauberkeit vor Ort war nicht optimal. Der Herd ging wie er wollte und fuhr dann nur auf halbe Leistung. Der Verwalter ist sehr nervös und hektisch und spricht eigentlich nur italienisch aber mit Translator geht es. Man spürt, dass dieses Haus im Akkord vergeben wird.Das Schlimmste war die Alarmanlage für die Spielzeug Ferraris im Untergeschoss. Wenn nicht alles verriegelt wird, geht diese los und man bekommt einen Anruf vom Verwalter, dass man zurück fahren muss, um alles zu checken. Er rief grundsätzlich immer zu jeder Tages ider Abend/Nachtzeit an wenn er was brauchte.Fazit: Wunderschöne Region, ohne Strasse und mit Strandnähe wäre es perfekt sowie mehr Zurückhaltung des Verwalters.Die Küstenregionen in der Nähe (max. 1h mit dem Auto) Richtung Norden oder Süden sind mit traumhaften Wildstränden behaftet.

gut ausgestattetes Haus über drei Etagen

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist ausreichend mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um komfortabel die nähere Umgebung erkunden zu können. Das Haus liegt ein wenig abseits vom "Getümmel". Fußläufig erreichbar sind eine kleine Pizzeria, ein Bäcker und zwei Restaurants. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für Mieter, die keinen großen Luxus erwarten

Enttäuschung über Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeiteit

Der Vermieter war sehr unfreundlich und wenig entgegenkommend. Das Haus war nicht sauber geputzt. Z.B. Waschbecken und Dusche. Das Bett war beschädigt. Lattenrost gebrochen und nur notdürftig reparieren hielt nicht .7Das Spülbecken der Toilette lief ständig und wurde nicht repariert.

Check in war nach langer Anreise nervig. Viele Formulare. Das hätte man besser vorbereiten können. Ansonsten wenig freundlicher Empfang und wenig Herzlichkeit. Handtücher waren verpackt, hatten alte Flecken und rochen sehr modrig. Leider stellte sich die anliegende Straße als wirklich sehr laut heraus, auch nachts. Die Stromabrechnung für drei Personen ohne Benutzung der Klimaanlage und Kochvorgänge: 40 €

Großzügig geschnittene Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage

Es handelt sich um ein großzügig geschnittenes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es liegt etwas erhöht ca. 4 km vom Zentrum von Pietrasanta entfernt. Das Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem kleinen gepflegten Garten und besitzt mehrere Terassen und Balkone, die einen schönen Blick in die Umgebung ermöglichen. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über zwei Bäder und neben dem kombinierten Ess-/Wohnzimmer über drei Schlafzimmer, so dass auch größere Familien unterkommen könnten. In der Küche sind reichlich Geschirr und Töpfe, ein großer Kühlschrank und Induktionsherd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, etc. vorhanden (kein Geschirrspüler). Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich aber auch eine nette Pizzeria. Größere Supermärkte sind etwas weiter entfernt in Pietrasanta zu finden. Das Ferienhaus liegt ideal. Man kommt von dort aus sowohl relativ schnell nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz, etc., ist aber auch schnell am Strand und in den Bergen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist noch Folgendes: Haus ist sehr sauber. Mehrere Fernseher und Waschmaschine, teilweise Fußbodenheizung.

Das Haus war hervorragenden und der Ort sowie die Lage traumhaft!

Der Urlaub in Pietrasanta hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Ferienhaus war in einem hervorragenden Zustand und top ausgestattet. Alles war neu und modern! Die Lage an den Bergen war ebenfalls sehr schön, abends war regelmäßig eine spürbare, angenehme Abkühlung nach der Tageshitze feststellbar, so das wir lange draußen sitzen konnten. Wenn es tagsüber draußen wirklich zu heiß wurde, konnte das Haus durch die 3 Klimageräte im Inneren und die hervorragende Isolierung auf einer angenehmen Temperatur gehalten werden. Aber nicht nur das Haus, auch die Umgebung haben uns und unsere drei Kinder begeistert. Der Ort Pietrasanta ist jeden Besuch wert und der Strand in der Marina di Pietrasanta läßt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Tagesausflüge in das Nahe Piesa oder Lucca waren jederzeit möglich, auch die Cinqueterre ist sehr gut erreichbar. Lohnenswert war auch der Besuch von Viareggio, hier ist die Strandpromenade - gerade am Abend - ein echtes Highlight! Fereinhaus und Ferienregion sind jederzeit zu empfehlen. Nicht vergessen darf man die sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter, der bei Problemen (nach einem Gewitter gab es einen Stromausfall) sofort telefonisch erreichbar war und in kürzester Zeit das Problem beseitigte.
