Schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Es könnte aber einige Erneuerungen vertragen. Küche ist veraltet. Das Geschirr ist abgenutzt und zum Teil sehr verschmutzt. Der Weg zum Ferienhaus ist auch nur für routinierte Autofahrer geeignet, je kleiner das Auto um so besser.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das gut gepflegte und saubere Haus befindet sich im Hinterland im Örtchen Pietrabruna. Von dort sind es 20 Minuten mit dem Auto an den Küstenort. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Uns gefiel die ruhige Lage, der eigene Pool und die angenehme Atmosphäre im Haus und in der Ortschaft. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief teilweise über den Sohn, da der Vermieter nur italienisch spricht (Übersetzungs-App hat aber sehr geholfen). Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön. Die Restaurants waren sehr gut und preislich sehr akzeptabel. Aus unserer Sicht ein super Urlaub. Auch die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbare Lage des Hauses

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Wetter war leider nicht mehr so gut, aber Anfang November darf das auch mal sein. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, der Ort hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Man ist schnell in Imperia, der direkte Küstenort San Lorenzo al Mare bietet auch alle Annehmlichkeiten, vom Supermarkt über Bäcker und ein nettes Cafe/Ristorante direkt am Meer.
