Schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Es könnte aber einige Erneuerungen vertragen. Küche ist veraltet. Das Geschirr ist abgenutzt und zum Teil sehr verschmutzt. Der Weg zum Ferienhaus ist auch nur für routinierte Autofahrer geeignet, je kleiner das Auto um so besser.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das gut gepflegte und saubere Haus befindet sich im Hinterland im Örtchen Pietrabruna. Von dort sind es 20 Minuten mit dem Auto an den Küstenort. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Uns gefiel die ruhige Lage, der eigene Pool und die angenehme Atmosphäre im Haus und in der Ortschaft. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief teilweise über den Sohn, da der Vermieter nur italienisch spricht (Übersetzungs-App hat aber sehr geholfen). Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön. Die Restaurants waren sehr gut und preislich sehr akzeptabel. Aus unserer Sicht ein super Urlaub. Auch die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbare Lage des Hauses

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Wetter war leider nicht mehr so gut, aber Anfang November darf das auch mal sein. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, der Ort hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Man ist schnell in Imperia, der direkte Küstenort San Lorenzo al Mare bietet auch alle Annehmlichkeiten, vom Supermarkt über Bäcker und ein nettes Cafe/Ristorante direkt am Meer.

Wir durften sehr schöne und erholsame Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Es hat alles gestimmt, das Haus ist gemütlich und herzlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber.Der Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. War einfach super schön! Der einzige Nachteil die Auffahrt vom Dorf zum Haus ist sehr steil und eng.

Für uns perfekt

Für uns ein entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. Der wunderbare Pool, die grandiose Aussicht bis zum Meer, die ruhige Alleinlage und das abgeschlossene Grundstück für uns und auch unseren Hund perfekt. Trotz der Sprachprobleme(Vermieter spricht nur italienisch) haben wir es gut hinbekommen ( der Sohn spricht sehr gut englisch und dank Handy-Übersetzung) war es kein Problem. Sehr netter Vermieter Wir würden jederzeit das Haus wieder buchen!

Wir, Paar mit 2 Hunden, waren Mitte Oktober angereist und das Wetter war toll. Das Haus und die Aussicht haben uns gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Abwicklung vor Ort hat gut geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und kommen gerne wieder.

schnuckeliges Rustico - wild-romantische Lage

sehr schönes Rustico im Dorf Pietrabruna. Anfahrt etwas abendteuerlich, da eng, aber so ist es in Ligurien eben. Herrliche Aussicht und zu Fuß ist sowohl ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen/Bar und auch ein Restoro La Colmbiera (lecker und supernett) zu erreichen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, ist innen zwar nicht megamodern, aber man ist eh zumeist im wunderschönen Außenbereich. Der Pool war für uns gold wert, die Aussicht ist herrlich, man sieht bis zum Meer. Gerne wieder, Vermieter sehr nett.

Idyllisch und super Meerblick

Wir haben zwei super schöne Wochen gehabt das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Ein super Pool mit Roboter zum reinigen die Küche hat auch alles was man braucht die Möbel sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber sonst alles tipptopp nur die Auffahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich sehr steil und eng. Es gibt genügend Liegestühle genügend Stühle für 4-6 Personen. Es hat zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und mit genügend Wäsche u. Bettwäsche alles da also der Aufenthalt ist zu empfehlen.

Het is een eenvoudig en praktisch huis. Het uitzicht is geweldig en het zwembad is een fijne toevoeging. Het huis is goed uitgerust, de bedden zijn goed. Jammer dat er niet een paar lekkere stoelen zijn. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor de winkels moet je 10km een slingerweg naar de kust. Dat is soms een opgave. Zeker in het donker is dat niet fijn.

Toller Ausblick aber

Super Ausblick, toller Pool und sehr netter Vermieter.Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass 1Lattenrost des Zweibettzimmers sehr laut quietschte (kaputt), so daß wir die Matratze auf den Boden legen mussten.Das Schlafsofa ist nur ca.110cm breit . Der Boden im Wohnbereich und die Küche waren leider nicht sauber, man sah überall die Spuren der Vormieter. Im Außenbereich sind die Möbel teilweise kaputt und sehr abgenützt. Leider haben diese Mängel unseren Urlaub sehr getrübt.

Traumhafte Lage mit Pool

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig oberhalb des Orts. An die enge Auffahrt haben wir uns nach dem 1. Mal gut gewöhnt. Im Oktober war der Pool schon etwas kälter, was uns als Norddeutsche jedoch nicht abgeschreckt hat. Die Küche ist prinzipiell gut ausgestattet: Wer es braucht, sollte eine Bratpfanne mitnehmen, weil nur eine Mini-Bratpfanne vorhanden ist.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus selber war echt super. Der Vermieter und sein Sohn waren sehr nett und es war alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wurde. Während unserem Aufenthalt war es 10 Tage davon so heiß, dass der Pool eine willkommene Abkühlung war. Die Lage ist für eine Familie mit Teenagern eher ungünstig (zu weit außerhalb) und der Weg zum Strand oder in die nächst größere Stadt zu lang und für mich zu kurvig. Für einen Wanderurlaub ist das Haus perfekt und man kann die verschiedensten Touren machen.

typisches ligurisches allein stehendes Haus

Küchenausstattung zusammen gewürfelt, Kirchenglocken nachts beinahe unaushaltbar, kleine Dekodetails fehlen im Haus, würden dies aber bedeutend wohnlicher machen. Sonnenschirm fehlt, nachts ist das Hauptschlafzimmer im Sommer unerträglich warm, zwecks Übergabe wird nur italienisch gesprochen. Lage total alleine, super genial, Ausblick auf Berge sehr schön, Meer recht weit weg, in 10 Minuten Fußweg über steile Straße kleines nettes Restaurant
