Two of the three elevators broke before we got there. We were not notified at the front desk. Stayed with two young children, so chose a room on the upper floor because they wanted to be up high. Ended up having to line up multiple times and wait excessively for the only active elevator. Wasn’t fixed over 24 hours later. Wouldn’t have chose a room where we did if we were notified of the issue by the desk at check in. Room was quite nice, food court is decent especially with options for kids, hotel seemed to be well maintained other than the elevators. Experience was definitely hurt with the excessive wait for elevators and the having to climb 11 flights of stairs multiple times.

Whole place smells like cigarette smoke, only one elevator working. We had to drag luggage down 7 flights of stairs, after waiting 20 mins of full elevator, but worse there was an elderly couple that also had to walk down as they were already late for a funeral and had to call another taxi, since theirs had left. The room is ok. Clean enough, but for a 5 year old hotel we saw a lot of stains on walls and it overall gives like an older 2-3 * hotel. The front desk person in the morning was friendly & sweet. I dont think I would stay here again unless I absolutely had to. The stale cigarette smell/elevator issue was a big dealbreaker for us.

It would be nice, if real dishware, e.g. mugs for expresso coffee can be used instead of paper cups. Another, it would be nice for staff to state the pool towels are in the closet, I wasn't informed. Although the staff was nice to offer to bring them to me from the room. Other than that I love staying at the hotel. Thank you!
