It was ok ok but the only problem is communication
There is a number if you call says wrong number
We did not like the fact there was a huge party on the property when we arrived. A group had rented the upper unit and took over the parking (we had to park on street and work out with other renters) They also took over the whole back yard (that we were hoping to use(. They also used our stairs down to appt to store water bottles and decorations. It also was freezing in appt as upper unit had control of air and heat!?! Was not great. Sadly when we checked out the basement spot we found a door that was “open”….led to upper apartment and found that we could NOT lock them out!! They had complete access to our unit - lock was on their side so they could enter anytime….very long nsettking. We had to call owner and get access to upstairs for air - but ni fixing open access to our basement unit from upstairs renters. Also I the “queen” bed (not two as advertised) was hard as rock and my sister (55yr old) got zero sleep. I slkk baby said d hon the “ pull out single that was terrible ….but sadlmore confortwnle no job
The property management was friendly, helpful, and always replied to our inquiries quickly. The area around the house was nice and quiet. The house is new and modern. We liked that the shower is very large with continuous hot water. Bedding and towels were clean.
