The breakfast was good also lunch, customer service was poor. The water in the bathroom goes cold when you are showering, no elevator and no one to help with your bags up the stairs. I will rate this a 2 star hotel.

Security stood out to us because they were helpful from the beginning. The receptionist that was there at 3:30am on 12/20 was not friendly. Others were ok. Please fix the elevator. Compensate guest for the inconvenience.

The hotel was nice clean and staff friendly. The only issue is the pool it is by the restaurant so that made it a no go. The breakfast was ok more vegetarian options need. Overall it was a nice stay

Tv didn’t work no microwave in room no cable tv electrical outlets and lights didn’t work tablets were scratched up and old bathroom fixtures very old the bed was very good I paid for a deluxe room but I got a motel type room needs to upgrade the rooms I had to go all the way to the bar to use a microwave it sucks it a modern world I stayed there two years ago.

The room was not cleaned properly I had seen duty and female hair from the previous guest full of female hair in carpet. And the ac was not working correctly. Temperature was not right and all the curtains was locked. How ever the food last night was good. And the guy from the reception was too rude and the girl just came to my room. When I was in washroom. Having all these issues still they charged additional for staying 30 minutes extra in room.

We left hyattt after day 1 and booked here to be near Cpl I had 2 rooms book for 2 night we came 10p and left immediately next morning and re check in at Hyatt . … bathroom had rust , ac barely work just not a nice hotel at all “ wasted our money there
