The room was in good condition.However, it was not the room that I was promised through the website. When I booked the room, it showed two beds side by side in an open space. When we arrived, we entered into a room that had two separate spaces with one king bed and one area and a queen bed in another.That is not what I ask for or paid for however, when I spoke to the person at the desk, they told me that is what I paid for. Expedia showed has a quad deluxe room as a triple standard room. I don't think that's fair for the patrons to see one thing.And get something else. Overall, we made the best of our trip. The room was still nice, so we stayed there for the remainder of our trip.

I was initially assigned the wrong room for approximately three days. This room had mildew in the shower, was not located by the pool as expected, and was attached to a shared eating area that other guests could access, which made it feel unsafe. Due to these issues, I inquired about a partial refund for the inconvenience. On the third day, my room was switched to a larger one; however, this room also had significant mildew throughout the bathroom. Because I had multiple events to attend, I could not allow the ongoing room issues to further disrupt my trip. I am therefore still awaiting the partial refund that was discussed.

The breakfast was good also lunch, customer service was poor. The water in the bathroom goes cold when you are showering, no elevator and no one to help with your bags up the stairs. I will rate this a 2 star hotel.

Security stood out to us because they were helpful from the beginning. The receptionist that was there at 3:30am on 12/20 was not friendly. Others were ok. Please fix the elevator. Compensate guest for the inconvenience.

The hotel was nice clean and staff friendly. The only issue is the pool it is by the restaurant so that made it a no go. The breakfast was ok more vegetarian options need. Overall it was a nice stay
