I liked that the property was right on the beach. The staff was super accommodating.
When we booked this hotel we were told it comes with wtaerpark access. The waterpark was closed tuesday and wednesday, both days we were there. The resort shop was closed. The front desk staff did not understand how to upgrade a room on a third party reservation. They also were far less than helpful when i tried to mail something, or get a cab. The roof in the free breakfast was leaking in several places. Stay somewhere else.
