Location is close to the main street. Room was a bit cramped and quite noisy corridor. Rooftop with pool is nice but small considering the amount of guests that stay at this place. Did not have breakfast here as choices seemed limited.
Completely another world as the pictures shown in the internet. Changed room 3 times because of the noise and quality, installation is very old and the rooms are filthy: I founded hair and toothpaste on the walls in the bathroom, vomit on the curtains and after a shower the tap broke. Breakfast is disgusting, could eat only bread and tea, and the staff doesn’t speak English. Asked for a refund because I didn’t want to stay after one night and it was not possible... 4 stars is way too much... I will say it is 1 and as much as I can qualify it. Book it at your own risk! Check the comments for the pictures... I am not saying anything that isn’t true
Spent 10 nights over Christmas at this Hotel. Room clean, a little worn. My 2 older children and there friend each had a room opposite in Sunseasand hotel more modern. In my room though tea and coffee facilities. Balcony over looking night market room 703. Found hotel and outside loud at times. Pool area great but drinks expensive, cocktails around 180 baht ( £4.80 ). Breakfast complete let down, same fruit and omelette everyday no change in menu. Patong expensive.
Stopped for 5th time, twice this year alone, cleaning staff nearly all changed, some cleaning staff very good, but small items (just bought from supermarket ) went missing from room when being cleaned. Music from pool very loud and when asked to turn down a little so we could speak to each other, did for 10 minutes then back up. Desk staff on arrival very angry with us for arriving (planned and booked with them) early? No rooms ready, room given to me dirty and hit head on low beams? Parents room, had water leaking down wall for 3 weeks, reported but never fixed. Prices have gone up and only good things that are improving are breakfast and young cleaner in pool area (she understands and speaks good english ) let us in early for exercises. Beds around pool need replacing or a good repair, open in peak season early not 10am. Keep the music low so people can have a conversation with out shouting.
A 3 star hotel in my opinion. The location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are small. Staff are courteous. The pool is on the roof of the building but the towel must be taken and returned to the reception which is very uncomfortable. Our view was beautiful but if you look down there is a sewer (we were on the 6th floor). Overall a nice hotel not for those who want to be pampered. It is important to note the cost of guest entrance to the hotel 600 B’
This is true 3 star hotel but publicize it self as 4 star. The surroundings is awful unfinished property next to this hotel looks like a construction site. The rooms are clean and neat. but ask for a 5th floor above if you do not want to face another building. It is guest friendly hotel. Do not fool by the photos of booking sites you would be disappointed.
Very good location about 12 min walking to patong beach and 5 min to Jungceylon Shopping Center ( which is an excellent shopping center and there are a lot of restaurants there). Area around the hotel is quiet and there a lot of shops and restaurants. It is good to whom needs night life. Breakfast is very very good and delicious. The view from the room is really great. My room was with balcony and mountain view. it was great and big.Staff are nice and helpful.Service was very good. Wi Fi is fast. The pool is in the roof but it is small. It is a very economic Hotel. I recommend anyone to stay in.
Stayed for 2 nights nov 24 /25 Good location close to bars, restaurants shopping ect. This is NOT 4 star hotel, We moved room as the first one had a terrible sewerage smell, the next room was better but still had a smelly bathroom. This hotel needs some serious T L C Paint, tiles ect. Rooftop pool and staff were good. The check in staff need a course in hospitality .Our new room had fabulous view of the seafood and vegi market.Over all a bit noisy and just ok for 1 night
Considering this hotel only cost £30 for a room which included breakfast it’s ok. It’s fine to stay here for a night but I wouldn’t want to stay here for much longer than that. The room was very loud - a combination of an old air conditioning unit which didn’t really work and lots of loud extractor fans outside of the room. The breakfast wasn’t great - the coffee machine wasn’t working and food didn’t look that nice. Location is good for being close to Bangla road and if your looking for a cheap place to stay after a night out (which we were) then this hotel is ok. If your looking for somewhere to stay for a whole holiday then I would look elsewhere.
We started in Bangkok, flew to Chiang Mai, then ended up here in Phuket at Sira Grande. Up to now, my expectations of Thailand have been blown away on how amazing this place is. What was advertised on the website and what you get is completely different. The only good customer service we got was from the bar staff at the rooftop pool and the cleaning lady. Aside from the great location, don’t come here with great expectations.
