There is no elevator. I was in the 3rd floor and had a heavy luggage. The room was okay, but very dark. Staff okay. Terrible breakfast.

The hotel looks different from photos but does not let it down staff very helpful and friendly .The free breakfast is great everything you want is there also good free water and fizzy drinks in fridge .Good location stayed there twice

Not what I expected

The room that was given to us started leaking water from the wall. A second room was provided after the hotel realized the seriousness of the wall. Second room was not well cleaned, there was still trash in the bin. I felt that they did not have time to clean the room as it was given to us. Bugs and flies in the bathroom. Saw a staff that did not wash her hand after using the facilities.

Excellent location and very close to Phuket old town. Many nice and fancy eateries and cafes nearby. Our room faced the side of the road, it got rather noisy with cars or motorbikes driving pass. There is no lift in the hotel, so will have to carry luggage to room.

good place to stay in Phuket old town

Location was ideal to walking street and many local landmarks. Breakfast was satisfactory. The room was satisfactory and clean. Only setback no elevator.

Don't stay here without ear plugs.

1. It looks 15 minutes of running shower water for the shower to even heat up to a decent temperature 2. It was SO noisy. We were in a room facing the street and the window barely closed and sealed and all the noise came through. Had to buy ear plugs to get a half decent sleep. 3. Bed was horrible 4. Toilet stunk and that leaked into the room 5. Paint peeling off walls and some spots looked a bit mouldy 6. Toilet also didn't flush well at all and got clogged 7. This place may have been nice once but now it is horrible. Also ridiculously tacky.

This is a good budget hotel in a good location if you have to be in Phuket Town. Nice, helpful staff, a good breakfast included in the price and a very clean hotel. The only real downside was that wifi in the room was poor, although there was good wifi in reception.

Unclean hotel in good spot

Nice enough hotel from the exterior however the rooms were not cleaned sufficiently and the bathroom was horrible with only cold showers and no pressure. The staff were unhelpful and we skipped the breakfast after seeing what it was. It was a good location close to restaurants in Phuket old town.

Comfortable place

We used this hotel as a stop over for one night as it was close to the boat pier to Koh Yao Yai. We arrived very late and the staff were ready for us, the check in was super fast and they carried our bags up the stairs for us. The room was comfortable, the bed was great and the internet was fast. I'd stay again.

Very good hotel

I liked the hotel, the service, the staff were very helpful and nice, only thing wi fi is not strong. If any maintenance need, the staff act straight away. I will definitely come back. Thanks to all the staff there. May only need to get stronger wi fi.

Clean Hotel

We requested for late check out at 1pm instead of 12noon but the staff is not allowed and moreover wants us to pay additional 300 baht for the extension. The disadvantage of this hotel is no lift. Overall is good.
