Definitely value for money! The room was decently sized. The hotel was beautiful. We had a spa package included and it was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was always very crowded and there was a variety of options, but we didn't enjoy it as much as our previous accommodation. The hot drink machine always tasted watered down and the fruit was average. There was a 7 eleven just down the road and a couple smaller restaurants, but if you went down the side street there was a great little night market. I think the pool/gym is shared with the public so you have to sign in to use it which was a bit annoying, but not a big deal. Once again, staff were friendly and always willing to help.

Nice hotel within close proximity to the old town. The downside is that it needs a bit of renovation. Some people may find it slightly dated, but the bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable. Overall, nothing to complain about.

Placed in a room on 11th floor with 2 young children with constant sounds of building works going on, drilling banging from 8am - 5pm, no other rooms apparently available, Housekeeper was really poor not changing or attending our room till 6-7pm, even when room had been attended left with Torn bedsheets and lazily tidied room (more then likely not tidied at all)

The room was very dates and the bathroom was tired with broken tiles. I think they are undergoing renovations but we definitely did not have an updated room. The breakfast was poor and I didn’t bother with it on day 2. I will say it was clean and the staff friendly, but had I known the condition of the room I wouldn’t have booked.

Perfect location near the bus terminal. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area with a lovely view of the city. Very comfortable beds and good housekeeping. Loved out VIP treatment and if we go back this would definitely be our choice again.
