Pimnara boutique hotel is a very nice & clean hotel. Great Receptionists & Cleaners. Location is excellent as it is inside Junceylon Shopping Center. A pity there is no facilities such as Swimming pool or Gym.
Wonderful and beautifully decorated themed room.Hotel staff were great and friendly. No issues with the check in procedures. Check in was very fast. The only downside is the breakfast is not buffet style and the bed was very hard. Uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise the hotel has got no major problems I will definitely go back there if I am in phuket.
Just had the best hand and foot reflexology massage and mani and pedi. Very clean, professional, and reasonably priced. Located near shopping and restaurants at Jung Ceylon and nearby streets markets and beach.
Truly was the worst ever choice for us, photos are not as reality, could be long time back but surely not now. Loved location, everything is nearby, don't have to walk for long, walking street 5 minutes walk, Starbucks, coffee shops and various restaurants at your doorstep. No duty manager to talk to in case something went wrong and can't solve with reception's staff, also shower room so small, can't move or turn inside lol. Very noisy that can't sleep, housekeeping staff make to much noise near rooms and corridors.
We stayed 4 nights there, my twin daughters of 18 and my wife. The hotel is right in the shopping mall Jungceylon. Lots of restaurants and massage around. You get 10% discount at Pimnara spa when you stay there. Bangla road is one minute walk. But still it's very quiet at night. It's our fifth visit to phuket but first time in this hotel. We go back next January. Only one negative remark, they need to put glasses in the room. No glass to have a drink. We had to ask. Clean and comfortable bed in the loft suite. Big room with creative design. Would surely recommend this hotel
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, nobody spoke English and they were very limited at giving information for anything. The day we were leaving they wanted to charge us $6 usd for misplacing a plastic card key. They treated us like crap and threatened us to call the police if we didn’t pay them. This was all happening while we were waiting for our taxi driver and when he came the bellman stood in front of the taxi and would not move until we paid them. Horrible experience and very rude staff. If I could I would give them a 0 rate.
We stayed here for 3 nights in December/January. We just landed off a flight from Chiang Mai and arrived early at the hotel. Upon entering, the male receptionist was extremely rude, asking me what I wanted. He didn't believe I had a booking, made me login to booking.com to show my email. He was extremely rude. However, after being charged for early check in, we had a lovey room. It was very clean and spacious. The shower is amazing! The hotel is in a fantastic location and is very nice. The breakfast is also very good. All the other staff we meet during out stay here were extremely friendly. How, the male receptionist we initially met has a job in customer service shocks me! If you want a hotel with a good location, I would recommend it.
Myself and my boyfriend checked into pimnara boutique hotel on 31st December. The bright and open reception area was so nice and we knew right away the location was perfect! We checked into our room and realised there was no window in our room which we both really disliked. We were staying 9 nights in this hotel so every morning we had to walk to the balcony to see what the weather was like. We stayed away one night at phi phi and when we came back our room had an odour but it did pass quite quickly. Even though we told reception we would be away for the night. All in all it’s a basic enough hotel. Good air con in the rooms but no window was a real down fall for us. We knew when we booked the hotel there was no swimming pool. We thought it would be fine but for our last night we checked out of the hotel early and spent the money to go to a hotel which has a pool as our flight was late evening. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. I would highly recommend a hotel with a window of booking here.
I saw many reviews about this hotel. I will post my experience. + The location is right, my room was nice with a window, most of the staff were very nice and helpful. - The windows do not open, window curtains need cleaning, I didn't like the plastic flowers on the wall, my room had flies. The location is great. At the mall everything you need are next door. Walking distance to the Famous Bangla road. I had an issue and the staff did everything they can to make me feel comfortable ( you just need to ask ). A tip. If you are planing to shop for a bargain make sure to walk around. Usually they ( sales lady or boy or both ) will give you a very high price never take it even if it seems reasonable by your currency standard back home.( negotiate ). If you want to exchange dollars or any other currency, there are many exchange booths around ( check them out ). I hope this helps you in your quest.
