This is a clean, recently refurbished hotel, with friendly staff. Our rooms had balconies overlooking the beach and sea. A very pleasant view. Will be visiting again I’m sure.

The Novotel is set in a lovely beach. We had a lovely 4 night stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great! The only thing is the hotel is tired and needs a renovation in my opinion. Lots of broken flooring around the pool. Light fittings in the pool coming loose. Really slippy tiles behind pool bar. It was reasonably priced but probably because of the condition. Our room was upgraded which was lovely. The room was clean but again - tired. Overall had a lovely time!

As a single woman, I was initially given a room in the farthest building, where I had to walk through a very long and dark corridor. When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist ignored me and stared at her nails as if I were bothering her. I was only given a different room after insisting and explaining that I was a member of the Accor group and had just arrived from the Novotel in Chang Mai
