Property was super quiet friendly, awesome pool, and walking distance to the beach.
This is an outstanding hotel in a great location next to beach and many restaurants and bars. Also hotel has very nice swimming pools. All the staff are very friendly.
Doing construction every other day. Won't put more to towels in the room, you have to go to front desk to sign out every day. Not very nice.
Great place to stay, on a beautiful beach, staff were all very helpful, and room was kept clean and stocked. It is also very close to Sirinat National Park, which is a beautiful setting.
The hotel is about a 2 star hotel. The lobby is located in a temporary structure not even qualify as a lobby. Tour buses were parked on walk way. Construction are on the way to my room. No WiFi connection when I was there. I found a huge bee in my room and the hotel manager explained to me that I am in a tropical beach area. I should expect it is in my room ( so you guys should prepare for that). So it is okay if it is a temporary stay but don't expect you will have a good time in a resort (far away to qualify as a resort). I booked two nights that I can stay for the other night. I have to book another hotel which is Maya Hotel around the area. At least, Nai Yang beach Resort offer me a free ride to my new hotel.
Staff was friendly, but not up to what I experienced in the two other resorts I visited in my week in Thailand.
I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Right next to the beach and the bars, restaurants, and shops. Naiyang Beach is a fun, little town that's really now just starting to be developed.
We only stayed one night as we needed something close to the airport. The hotel was clean, good customer service that helped arrange shuttle service to the airport at 4:30 am. Close walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping.
Nai Yang Beach is a short stroll from Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa, and other popular attractions like Mai Khao Beach are within a mile (2 km). This 196-room, 4-star resort has 3 outdoor pools along with a full-service spa and 2 restaurants.
Enjoy dining at one of 2 onsite restaurants including The Sands, which specializes in Eastern European cuisine. Order from room service to satisfy your hunger without leaving your room, or make new friends over drinks at the bar/lounge. For your convenience, a full breakfast is served for a fee each morning from 7 AM to 10:30 AM.
Guests can expect to find free WiFi and TVs with cable channels. Bathrooms offer hair dryers and free toiletries. Balconies, refrigerators, and minibars are also standard.
At Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa, guests have access to a full-service spa, 3 outdoor pools, and free WiFi in public areas. There's free parking, and an airport shuttle (available 24 hours) for THB 300 per vehicle one-way. The 24-hour front desk has staff standing by to help with securing valuables, concierge services, and dry cleaning/laundry. Other amenities at this beach resort include meeting rooms, a terrace, and laundry facilities.
