Overpriced, outdated hotel

Very expensive, outdated rooms with 90s box tv (unlike pictures), noisy old wall aircon, no lifts to rooms,,, My girlfriend checked in 2 days after me and was told by the manager, I had to pay 800bht joiners fee for every night she stayed, despite having paid for a room for 2 people!!!!!!!! Staff did not speak English. So any problems and you are on your own. Didnt sleep for a whole night on my first day because of fighting next door room. Called reception 3 times only to find the next morning they had no clue what i was saying. This made me feel unsafe

Location great 10 min walk to beach.

We liked the big room nice view of the street from our room. Lots of restaurants and shops across the road. Little noisy because of traffic but didn't bother us. Had a nice pool we didn't get time to enjoy as we only had a short stay. Hotel on a high area and then more steps at front door our taxi driver just dropped us off at corner of street and we had hard time dragging our luggage up But we didn't know that we could have had help from the staff as they were very willing. On check out they helped with luggage. Good breakfast for extra 200 per person

I would recommend this hotel it is centrally located to markets and bangla road if your into the night life. Staff have exceptional customer service. Only downfall is their beds are really hard and uncomfortable I would suggest they look at upgrading the quality of their mattresses especially for those that travel from afar.

Average hotel, not recommended

Dreadful breakfast, especially since are vegetarians and the hotel staff does not understand English. Also the location isn't good as well. You will have to rent a bike \ hire cab. Overall would not recommend to anyone especially someone travelling with a family.

Hôtel bien situé à patong par contre il faut de bons bras pour monter vos valises.. le personnel ne se pressera pas pour vous aider.. le personnel de ménage très souriant.. à l'accueil c'est une autre histoire.. belle piscine.. au calme.. mais y'a mieux.. petit déjeuner fruits pas frais.. peu de choix.. café bouillie rebouillie degeulasse.. quand à la pression dans la douche c'est inexistant! Literie très ferme.. salle de bain à rafraîchir
