This hotel consists of three separate buildings, which makes moving around slightly inconvenient. However, the trade-off is that it is very quiet and peaceful. The room condition was spotless (or clean and well-maintained), and all the staff members were friendly and constantly smiling. Due to the frequent rain, I didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool. There are many local restaurants and a good massage shop nearby. A shuttle service to the beach was provided, and the process of briefly storing our luggage at the lobby was quick and easy. The buffet was also very satisfying.

We had a great stay, staff are always willing to help and I must say our room was very clean and breakfast was great. We had lunch and room service on few occasions and it was beyond our expectations, amazing!

really loved this hotel! the staff were kind, the rooms were stunning, so clean and aesthetic and stocked with water everyday. the bathrooms were big and so clean. the sustainability aspects also were very cool. although a little far out from the beach the shuttle was super useful

I felt the hotel didnt want to cater for its guests, the restaurants is open till 6.15pm, there is no bar on the site, although they advertise cocktails, some of the posters advertise their restaurant or food available till 20.30pm but not once did i see anyone dining. We had 20% food and drink vouchers as we are platinum expedia guests but we couldnt use them as it was always closed. The room was a hazard, could step on the floor with out slippers, the wooden floor was broken had gaps, the room ceiking had plaster patches all over. There was redecorating of rooms all over the hotel but we didnt get any apologies nor any offer to change rooms. I wouldnt go back to this hotel

Central to everything I needed. Clean, although the room can use an update. I can tell moisture is an issue. WiFi was great throughout, the ac stayed cool. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the truck taking you to Patong beach was an added bonus. Breakfast options were good too.

good location and food for breakfast was decent. The food was never hot, but just slightly warm. Pastries were good though and coffee was excellent. Wish there were more fruits and juices specific to Thailand. Rooms were good, but more modern updates could help.
