Sehr heruntergekommene Villa mit sehr großem Reparaturstau, alles alt und heruntergekommen ungepflegt, schimmlige Polsterauflagen, unsauber alles voll mit Blätter, die Möbel ca. 10 bis 15 Jahre alt von sehr schlechter Qualität, Küche ohne jegliches Equipment wie Salz Zucker Wasser es ist ein absolut leeres Haus nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser wird angeboten absolut nichte, die Küche mangels brauchbaren Kochutensilien völlig unbenutzbar, Töpfe alt und schimmlig absolut unterstes Niveau Geräte teils defekt ebenso viele Beleuchtungs Einrichtungen wie auch Poolbeleuchtung ohne Funktion Atrium Brunnen ohne Wasser und Pflanzen ein trauriger heruntergekommener Anblick, nie wieder Personal trotz mehrfacher Reklamation nicht zur Abhilfe bereit und völlig desinteressiert

Отличная вилла, в очень приличном состоянии. Управляющая компания всегда на связи. Нужен был очень ранний выезд из виллы - работник подъехал чётко в назначенное время. До пляжа Най-Харн 4-5 минут на машине. Комплекс под охраной и очень комфортный. В 500 метрах оживленная улица с кучей кафе и магазинов. Советую следить за потреблением электричества, иначе при выезде может ждать приличная сумма к уплате.
