It is just next to Patong beach, one of the most famous beach in Phuket. When me and my friend arrived at the hotel, we were so hungry (almost midnight) We decided to order Room service. Phad Thai, Honey Citrus Salad and Penne Pomodoro! the Food were so great. Breakfast was awosome!! (The dimsum and Eggs) also the quality of bed.... GREAT! I wanted to stick on the bed all day long, from the Pool, the view is also good. you guys can see the Beach without any obstacles. Love to stay there again once i go to Phuket again!

Just returned a few days ago from an amazing holiday . My husband and i were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary away without the children . This hotel was amazing and ticked all the boxes for us including, the pool and pool bar, amazing views from the pool, the friendly staff i could go on and on. The complimentary minibar was a lovely surprise. The rooms were light ,large and cleaned daily. Breakfast was buffet style offering breads, fruits, eggs, pancakes, french toast, cereals and Thai Style breakfast, far too much to choose from. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and beach, room 542. This room is on the 4th floor. There is a lift to each level and the stairs are not too bad to walk up either. 11am every day you are able to get on the free hotel bus to the shopping mall , but it is only one way. Thursday nights are B Lay Tong night market nights where a few stall offering various gifts to buy. We ordered food round the pool a couple of times which was stunning. Pool music suited the time of day and the type of people around the pool at the time , and always played the best playlist during sunset. Yes there are a few tiles loose or missing in the pool but did not compromised safety in any way . We left our room for 2 days and 1 night while we were away on the Phi Phi Islands. On our return he room and belongings was how we left it. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we would love to return one day.

We’ve just come to the end of our 2 week stay at the B-Lay Tong in Phuket and I can’t praise this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived the staff have been incredible! After a long flight we where directed to our room 544 and what a great room balcony over looking the pool with views of the beach and the jungle it was perfect. Huge bed really comfortable great tv to chill with of a night and tea and coffee and water provided every day. This hotel is in a prime location just over Road from beach but at a quiet end of the resort only 15 minute stroll into the resort centre. Breakfast was wonderful an abundance of choice so much to choose from full English down to full Thai plenty of fruit cereal and one mean omelette!! The attention to detail is second to none and I can’t wait to return! Would 100% recommend to any travellers

Very good hotel, well located in Patong but not in the noisy area, easily accessible. The pool is great, good size, great view on the beach from the pool and a bar directly in the pool. Probably the best thing about this hotel. Another good thing is that we could just go across the street and we were already on the beach. The rooms are pretty spacious and fairly new. The amenities are good. The room’s design is nice, modern and simple and the hotel’s overall design is very nice, artsy and good looking. Service is good and staff is nice. Tried the hotel restaurant a few times, by the pool and at the lounge downstairs for happy hour, overall good. Breakfast is ok, choice is a bit limited but overall can’t complain. Overall satisfied, would book again.

I stayed for3 nights... The hotel and the room was very clean and breakfast was great but.. The staff was kindly but didnt speak english well and our room was in the 4th flore and the elevator didnt work. They promiss to fix but didn't!! The hotel is close to the center and across the street is the beach

The day we've checked-in, elevator went down and remained out of order during all our visit. We were prompted to move to "equal class" room from 4th to 2nd floor. Needs to be mentioned that not all rooms are really equal, even within the same price category: some are brighter than others, also, the bath was missing in the new room. We liked: Perfect location: the beach is just across the road.  Design and style is interesting and appealing Staff is friendly, however their English could be much better. Free drinks in mini-bar. Something that is seldom to see in hotels today. We didn't like: Hotel equipement is quite old and in some cases needs total replacement or at least serious repair: Pool is OK, but glass tiles are detached, causing sharp edges and possibilities of injuries. Air conditioner in rooms is noisy and weak. Fitness room is tiny (for 1-2 persons at most) and with pretty used equipment as well. Treadmill should have been replaced several years ago, it's completely ruined and dangerous to use. Also, some basic gym equipment is missing.  Seems like management saves on everything: only partial air-conditioning in the dining room, old grey towels that once used to be white, not working faucets in public restrooms etc. Last, but not least: huge amount of mosquitoes. Yes, I'm aware it's Thailand, but guys, in modern world there are lots of techniques to address this issue: repellants, insecticides etc. I'm not sure they've tried even one...  Bottomline: management should invest much more into maintenance to return it to 4-star hotel.

This is a 3-star hotel not even close to a 4-star, the service was terrible at the reception! It was a lot of wasted money and they did actually try to cheat with the room price to. My worst visit ever.

I wouldn’t ever stay here! Wasted a lot of money. All we loved was the breakfast, and the pool staff (Joe). I didn’t enjoy the stay and it was just inconvenience. Wifi was down, staff spend hours in our room fixing the problem, then advised they will move us into the same room type. We moved (inconvenienced to us), wifi wasn’t working in the new room? Then we had the aircon icing up and making noise plus hearing the ice, icing up (sleepless night) went to single beds which we paid for king (it’s extra $ for a king) Shower drains blocked, water getting into the bathroom - swimming pool. We talked to staff, unfortunately they couldn’t understand or help us to enjoy our stay! I highly recommend to look at another hotel - so many around. We’re in another hotel less 1km away and loving the stay and paying for a lot less price. Also, it felt dirty in rooms - cleaning wasn’t that great. I don’t ever write bad review but I had to share as our stay was a joke! It’s was unfortunate, the care or understanding of B-Lay Tong customers couldn’t be understood or helped. Very disappointed!

Brilliant place, close to the beach with sone spectacular views and a comfy bed. But the highlight of the place was the receptionist Jenny. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, not only with the hotel itself but the surrounding areas as well. Anything I needed to know from things to do to places to eat, she was always more than happy to help.

There was loud banging all night on the roof making sleep difficult at best the rooms were small but views were nice. Beware of girl at front desk named Jen she puts on charm to go out with foreigners asking them out for drinks but she hustled money from men with false promises, be smart and stay clear I think it's bad for employees to use patrons you get enough of that on Bangla road you don't expect it at hotel but it was a good lesson just beware. But besides that the hotel has great view just make sure your not on the forth floor because it sounds like an excavator breaking rocks all night on the roof.
