年末年始の家族旅行で利用しましたが、結果から先に言うと2度と泊まりたくありません。 なぜなら、スタッフの対応と部屋の設備に不備が多すぎるからです。 部屋にティッシュやトイレットペーパーの用意はなく、ドライヤーもボロボロで今にも感電しそうな状態、3人で泊まっているのにタオルは2人分しかありませんでした。 また、洗濯機の元栓が緩く、滞在中の洗濯で2度も水が吹き出し、部屋中が水浸しになり、深夜遅くまで掃除に見舞われ寝ることもできませんでした。 スタッフに問い合わせても無視され、やっと繋がったと思っても「あなたが壊した。説明したはずだ。」の一点張りで、自分達に過失がある事を一向に認めず、事実とは異なる自分の意見だけを言い放ち、謝罪の一つもありませんでした。 返金や部屋の移動を希望しても対応される事はなく、エクスペディアを通じてクレーム対応してもらってますが未だに解決していません…。 エクスペディアも毎回対応スタッフが異なり、1からの説明を何度も行わされるにも関わらず、何も解決されない事に非常にストレスを感じています。 フーコックは良い所だと感じましたが、身体的、精神的ストレスが多く、旅行を満足に楽しむ事も叶いませんでした。 こちらのホテルを宿泊される場合は、連泊せずに一泊程度に留める事を勧めます。

景觀是很好的，可以看到煙花。但服務很差，我們book 了4人家庭房，內分了2個房，但毛巾只有1set , 牙刷2set ,最過份是2個廁所只有1卷廁紙，還要我們第一天要求加物品，到我們離開都沒有人理會，所以想book 此房要考慮清楚及自行攜帶清潔用品，尤其厠紙。
