Overall great stay! The house is exactly as you see it in the photos and all the amenities of the house make it a fun place to stay. Location is very central so easy to get to Scottsdale, Phoenix, or east Phoenix area. I’d definitely recommend this property.

Favorite Stay Ever!

We came to take care of school clothes shopping. This was the perfect place- close to great restaurants and shopping. The swimming pool was incredible. We had a lot of fun family time with the indoor pool table and the outdoor mini golf. The house is beautiful. We definitely hope to return soon.

Better than Advertised!

The house had everything we could have possiblyNeeded and then some. The amenities were terrific and the house was clean and modern. Our family really enjoyed everything the house had to offer, including the pool, hot tub, pool table and mini golf. Would definitely recommend this house to a friend! We had a wonderful vacation.

Family Fun in Scottsdale

This property has all you could want in a vacation home and more! Wonderful amenities. We did not want for anything. The pool and hot tub spa are new and fantastic. Very convenient location near grocery stores and restaurants. Short drive to old town Scottsdale. 4 bedrooms and three baths, room to spread out for everyone. Would rent again, certainly.

We had a wonderful family vacation/birthday celebration in the perfect home. The home was spectacular for a family get together as it had a wonderful temperature temperature control, pool, hot tub, putting green, beanbag toss table all outside. It also had a wonderful arrangement of rooms and amenities inside, including a beautiful pool table

Went for some golf and the Waste Management Open. Solid location and really nice house for entertaining. Had a great time putting on large putting green and swimming in heated pool. Recommend this house

Great girls trip

We enjoyed our girls trip over the weekend. The house was very spacious with everything we could need. The host provided some beverages and coffee pods which was unexpected and appreciated. The house was spacious for our group of 8. The property was very clean upon our arrival. Towels, laundry supplies, shampoo, body wash, etc. was available for our use. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The host communicated well and instructions were provided for reference. This is a great property and would definitely stay again if going back to Scottsdale. Highly recommend!

Spacious, Comfortable, and Lots of Amenities

The house was spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities, including a pool table, a putting green, and a hot tub, which we used daily. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood and there is a lovely park nearby with a fishing pond, a skate park, and paved pathways for running/walking/biking. Our trip was short so we did not have a chance to use the 4 bikes that were provided, but it was nice to know they were available. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the three showers had plenty of hot water (just wait a minute or so for the water to warm up). We would highly recommend this wonderful home!

Fantastic property

This was a lovely home, just as described on the listing. It was so clean, and so comfortable with lots of amenities. we enjoyed the bbq, the outdoor fire pit, the corn hole, the hot tub and the putting green. The kitchen was very well stocked. And the property manager was extremely responsive when contacted. We will definitely book this property again.

Fun House

This house was perfect for our out of town stay visiting family in the area. We have two sons in their 20’s and it’s difficult getting time with them. The house had lots of reasons for them to hang out there. They enjoyed playing pool, cornhole, golf, hot tubbing, poker and relaxed outside. The property had ample gathering space as well as a great layout with the master bedroom for parents on one side and on the other side an additional master for our son & girlfriend along with two other bedrooms for our other son and friend. The home was clean and well stocked.

Fantastic property for all your needs!

This was a great place to stay. My family on the west coast and east coast all met here for a week and Mr. Ritter couldn’t have been a better host. From the minute we booked his communication was stellar with quick responses to any questions I had. We had one minor issue and Mr. Ritter had it fixed immediately and ensured we weren’t inconvenienced. The instructions at the house were very clear and everything was labeled. The beds were really comfortable and the property is extremely clean. My husband loves to cook and often travels with his own knives because most people don’t keep good knives but this house has everything you need including the good knives lol. My family kept commenting on what a great space it was for all of us. The hot tub was great as was the putting green and cornhole. The location is great too. Close to shopping and the grocery store. We felt very safe here. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We can’t wait to come back. I promise you that you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Mr. Ritter for everything!
