Exceptionally clean, bright, inviting; Beds were very comfortable. We were looking for a location near the Fiesta Bowl stadium. It was an 11 minute drive. Host was very responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Old Litchfield park

Stayed in this house for 38 nights. Loved this house and location! Very quiet neighborhood This was our winter getaway! Very clean, well stocked and comfortable! We loved sitting outside by the pool. Enjoyed walking to the Wig wam and restaurants. Jessica was very responsive to any questions. Hope to return next year.

The accommodations were better than expected. Better than the pictures. Very open and comfortable. We went in January and it was cold outside. So we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard much. Next time, if it is warm, we will bring our swimsuits and enjoy the pool and toys.Can’t wait to go back

Great for families!

The house was great! Nice open concept with plenty of room for our whole family. Comfortable beds and room to spread out. The host was very responsive. When we got there, there was pet hair all over especially outside. We talked with the owner and she sent someone over right away to clean! Our only complaint is if you go when the weather dips below 70 at night don’t plan to use the pool, it was way too cold. We were super bummed because it was the main reasons for renting this home for our kids and two year old grandson. We offered to pay a couple hundred extra for the heat to be turned on but were told it didn’t have a heater. After arriving, my husband being a pool guy, saw there was a heater so I inquired again to be told that isn’t one of the amenities. So, we looked at a beautiful pool we didn’t use but once all week. Please consider having the option to add on…the house would’ve been perfect with it.

Phoenix wedding

We were in town for a wedding! House was perfect. Loved the pool area as it was 110 degrees out. The pool table and games were great for our family. Loved the location, we visited several local establishments within 20 mile radius. Safe neighborhood! Loved our stay, would definitely stay again!

Fantastic home

Looks could be deceiving. The house was the perfect size for my family. Every one in our group mentioned we should have just stay here for our tri-state trip. The kids love the pool and pool table. The open concept kept everyone engage and relaxed. We’ll definitely make this a favorite of ours whenever we come back to Arizona.

A Hidden Gem!

We add our kudos to others over this rental property. Not only was it even better than the photos, but we appreciated the attention given to the possible needs of the house's renters. We were impressed with the owners attention to details, like having a spice rack, a set of containers for leftovers, a coffee bar, a workable desk with a good reading light. The owners were very personable, filled some requests to make our stay even more comfortable and worked quickly to replace a hot water heater, that wasn't performing well. Having bedrooms and a bath on separate sides of the house made it nice for having family and guests over to stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood and being able to walk around the small nearby lake and up Old Litchfield Road to the Wigwam.

I’ve rented short term before but this one is steps above the rest. Beautiful home. Great upgrades and every amenity is thought of. I can’t say enough how amazing this home is. Kudos to the owners and managers. Very impressed. Will definitely stay again.
