The couch in the room literally looked like it was pulled off the street. Black with dirt, covered in suspicious stains and full of holes. Everything was old and falling apart. People were smoking weed in the parking lot and listening to loud music until late in the night. We had three nights booked; we stayed only one and checked out the next morning as fast as we could.

Room nice, receptionist, not so much. He had a little attitude. Borderline rude. Other tenants on our floor decided to have a screaming match out front at 3:30 am. No management intervention. Like the locale, not sure if I'd stay again.

Tammy front desk was great. Things for improvement: 1) Building A staircase was dirty. Clean the runners on the steps! 2) In shower, the body wash bottle was non-functioning in room 213. 3) Bedside lamp on right side was non-functional in same room. 4) TV needs to be upgraded to have internet streaming option. No one wants to watch only commercial on old mass media. People want to stream from their services such as Neflix, Paramount, Amazon Prime etc. 5) Toilet does not appear to be oblong but only round style. Upgrade to ADA oblong.

The room was Horrible. The carpet had several spots that were covered in some type of food spill and it was still on the floor, you could actually feel the stain. The lampshades were stained, sofa couch ripping apart, toilet seat paint chipping and dirty, bathtub dirty with a ring around it and leaky faucet. Kitchen counter and appliances were recently wiped as they were wet when I entered but it was obviously not clean. Remote missing a battery. Very uncomfortable and I will NEVER stay here again. I loved the brand before this as I have stayed at several other locations of the brand over the years as I travel often. This was a disgrace and if other hotels would've had availability I would have left here.

70% or so of the other people there were Mexicans (license plates of vehicles) probably working big construct projects "just a few blocks" away. They do substantial vehicle maintenance in the parking lot, spilling fluids, etc and hold long sing-alongs, drinking and smoking. After I complained about very slow shower drain, they did fix it promptly, Premises are mostly dirty, especially elevators. This place has potential if managed differently.

Old! Smelly/dirty carpets in hallways, needs new paint and moldings. Check in guy unfriendly. Had to go get extra towels, toilet paper, etc. Had to PAY EXTRA for parking at this rundown hotel...the parking lot was filled with Mexican music and lots of guys drinking upon arrival. The refrigerator made lots of noise and the foldout mattress was thin, soiled and lumpy, you could feel the bars thru it! Bedding wasn't in room, had to go get that too! Won't return and wouldn't recommend!!
