Located only 10 min away from ASU, 11 min from Tempe Marketplace, 12 min from the Sky Harbor Airport and <20 min away from Old Town Scottsdale - our home is located close to all the popular Phoenix amenities, but still in a quiet & safe neighborhood! Enjoy the outdoor seating / private pool while at home, and indulge in all that Phoenix has to offer at a short distance!
We have high chairs and a pack & play for guests traveling with kiddos. Please note our pool is not gated!

Perfect property and location in Tempe AZ
We had a wonderful stay at the property in Tempe. The host was really communicative and accommodating and check in and out was very easy.
The property is well appointed and very clean with all the items you need for a comfortable stay. The back yard was great for our dog and there is a wonderful lakeside park Kiwanis Park just a 10 min walk away. It is close to shops and restaurants and has easy access and parking. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others and hope to stay again ourselves

Very good location to shopping, restaurants, freeways. Very complete with all utensils for preparing and eating in. Master king was comfortable. Han (owner) was quick to respond to any concern. Would stay again.
