Stay in Phoenix May 3-12

If you are looking for a relaxing stay in the north of Scottsdale, close from a couple of nice local shopping centers and restaurants, we definitely recommend it. Very spacious house. Very quiet neighbours who also expect you to be quiet. This is exactly what we were looking for. Nice private swimming-pool and heated jacuzzi. Note that heating for the swimming-pool is not included. However, we did not need it as the early May sun was enough to heat the pool during the day.

19th Hole

What a beautiful house! It was very comfortable and nice.The only issue we had is that the folks that stayed there before us had sooooooooooo much trash, that it was overflowing out of the trashcan and in the garage, which stunk it up so much, we couldn’t park in there… but honestly, that was the only negative, and was no fault of the Owner… We would for sure stay here again!

House is great. Host was fantastic. First impressions were very high. There are a few things that need repairs like shower heads and taps but that is pretty normal for a rental home. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at 19th hole! There were 6 of us girls on the trip and there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and the living room furniture was comfy too. The jack-n-Jill shower really needs to be at 4 o’clock for hot water. Once we figured that out it was smooth sailing. The location was very safe.

Overall the house fulfilled our needs!! The patio/pool area was perfect, however the garbage on the patio was full. The shower in the master was difficult to find the hot water, after calling the property manager, we needed to have the faucet pointing at the 7 o’clock position. Also discovered small children’s plastic toys in the garbage disposal!!!

Oasis in Greyhawk

House is well outfitted and very comfortable. Lots of areas to visit. Pool was a welcome retreat especially for those of us from the east. We could not figure out what to do with the octopus cleaner. Host could add kleenex, saran wrap and more towel racks in bathrooms. Great place!

What a great place to stay! Located in a secluded neighborhood, we were able to have such a fun girls weekend. The host was so attentive with all our needs and helped us get things we needed! The house was clean and spacious and the pool was so relaxing! Will book again!

The perfect end-of-summer sunshine fix

We've rented many houses in the north Scottsdale area in the last 30 years, and this one did not disappoint. The house was very easy to find and entry to the neighbourhood and the house was clearly explained. There were six of us (two couples and two teenage children), so the four bedrooms and three bathrooms really came in handy. The layout of the house worked perfectly, and we loved having so many TV's to choose from, especially during the Olympics where it seemed we all wanted to watch different events. The pool and hot tub was the perfect way to cool down for the summer temperatures, and as the week went by, we seemed to spend more and more time there. The caretaker was super-responsive, and also went the extra step to fore-warn and remind us when one of the landscapers/pool-cleaners were coming. Really brilliant location and service throughout our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Thanks for a great summer break.

Great home

Loved the house! We needed help with certain things, more instructions at the house would help but the house is great! The title is misleading as it says “heated pool” but only if you want to pay $90/day more. Hard to know if it needs heating or not. We had a great stay!

Lovely House!

We really loved this house, the decor, the layout, all the amenities were just as indicated in the listing. We paid the extra to have the pool heated and it worked out fine to text the property manager to turn the hot tub on and off when needed. Jun couldn’t have been more responsive. There are a couple of things that need some attention and I’m sure they will address. Unfortunately the fireplace needed repair which was a disappointment on the cold and rainy days but these things happen! All in all we would stay again in a heart beat!

Nice location and quiet

Spacious home with pool and spa Would recommend it. A little hassle to heat pool and spa as heater can only heat one at a time. So always had to text host to change it. Host was very responsive and accommodating.
