This was a super great stay. The house is wonderful and has plenty of places to spent great family time. The pool table was a particularly big hit. The hosts are very friendly and responded quickly each time we contacted them. Highly recommend!

Excellent Place for Family Fun

Our family meets every year in Phoenix, both as a family reunion and to celebrate our highschool graduates. The house is close to "Uncle Flint's", where we've held our gathering for the last 14 years, and it was a huge hit for all those that stayed in the house. First off and most important, it is clean and well maintained with lots to do. The pool is perfect for games or relaxing. The pool table, ping pong table and multiple TVs kept the youngsters occupied. Secondly the kitchen is well provisioned with everything we needed for multiple meals, which is important when feeding a dozen people. I can't list it all, but the flat griddle, multi crock pots, and the Ninja blender (the toughest blender known to man) deserve mention. We were thankful for the double oven and grill as well. There's an additional fridge in the garage and even a small chest freezer, which ensured we had plenty of ice for frozen drinks (reference the Ninja blender mentioned earlier.) The owner's were easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend the VRBO.

Best VRBO Ever!

The house is very spacious and is great for a family stay. Property owner was very responsive to any question. The house is very well stocked and has a great kitchen with everything you would need to cook any meal. Great outdoors area, balcony, pool table, something for everyone!

Great property

This was a great home! Well maintained and had more amenities than other homes I have stayed at. We did not have the chance to use the pool because we booked in the winter, but it was beautiful and well maintained also. The pool table was the biggest hit for my family. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.

Wonderful House

We came to AZ for a family wedding and this house did not disappoint. The house was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed! Not only was the kitchen well stocked but so was everything else. Everything was very clean and ready. The outside was beautiful and perfect for hanging out. Everyone was happy! That is saying a lot with and age range from 22-78yrs! We will definitely be back for spring training in the future! Thank you to the hosts.

Great house

We were there for the Fiesta Bowl game with Liberty University and the house was perfect for our family. The only complaint we had was the previous guest violated the non-smoking rule and used marijuana, but the owner was very accommodating and purchased air purifiers for us and very apologetic as this wasn't his fault. He is also returning some money due to the smell of the home. I would highly recommend staying here.
