The house was large, and clean. The beds were comfortable. Towels were good. The kitchen was adequate for our needs of 11 (8 adults, 3 babies).We found the furniture to be in poor repair, with a 3 yr old breaking a stool support and another stool on its way to failure. One couch was sagging. For a house with 6 bed rooms it didn’t have enough main floor furniture. The dinning table sat 6. The front room sat about 4 (3 on couch, 1 on chair). The back room sat 2 on a couch. The patio furniture was well past its prime. The grill didn’t lite properly- hazard.The main floor bath and the suite bath were clean and in good repair. The 2nd floor 2nd bath tub needs to be replaced - it was bad.The neighborhood was very nice and quiet with 2 nearby parks that were great for the 3 year old and the toddler.
