Home is close to some top hiking and mountain biking trails in the area for outdoor activities.

Built in 2020 this single level home has all of the features and amenities you need to enjoy the warm Arizona winters.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.

Absolutely no smoking in the home. Any signs of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
